The processing time for your order will be 48h maximum (excluding national holidays periods in Spain that could take longer, not more than 1 week)
After that, your order will be shipped.
We send all our parcels with a certification and a tracking number, so no worries, as soon as we ship it, we will send you the tracking number via email, so you always know where your parcel is 🙂
Since the momen that the order is confirmed, the name, address or any shipping details won’t be possible to modify. From the moment the shipping is sent until you have it with you, you are the responsable of the correct réception of it, so please, if you see that the goods take a little longer to arrive, contact the shipping company with the tracking number we send on the email.
As you know, we are a little company growing little by little, so we are still struggling to get better shipping prices because we are still too small to be considered by the shipping companies. But if you keep supporting us, we promise we are going to improve it!!
So, at the moment, those are the prices we have:
–> For Spain, fixed price of 3.99€ and it takes around 2-4 days to arrive.
–> For Portugal, Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias, fixed price of 8.99€ and it takes around 4-8 days to arrive.
–> For France and Germany, fixed price of 8.99€ and it takes around 5-10 days to arrive.
–> For European countries (Italy, Holand, Belgium, Luxemburg, Austria, Luxemburg, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic), fixed price of 9.99€ and it takes around 5-10 days to arrive.
–> For European countries (Ireland, Greece, Bulgary, Romania and UK), fixed price of 13.99€ and it takes around 5-10 days to arrive.
–> For USA, Japan, China & Rest of Europe, fixed price of 16.99€ and it takes around 5-10 days to arrive.
–> For the rest of the world (and yes, we ship worldwide!) our price is 19.99€ and it can take from 1 to 3 weeks.
So please, if your order is taking longer than this to arrive, check with the tracking number in your current post website and let us know. It is also your responsibility to collect your parcel 🙂
Please double check your shipping address, If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
You have up to 15 Days after you pick up your parcel, to check out and try-on the products and make a change, return, or notify us about any issue in any of the items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer yet a service of changes or returns free of charge, but you can do it on your own and we will refund you the money of the products. Please contact us to email@example.com so we are aware of the reason of your return and also ready to collect the parcel back.
Make sure you return the items in a proper way, like a safe envelop or similar
Make sure the products that you want to return, come in the same conditions as you received them and new, without being used.
Make sure that you send it with a certification and a tracking number. Make sure it is free of charge of customs if you live out of Europe (of the EU).
Once we have received the products back, we will check them out and proceed to refund you the money; You can choose between:

Coupon of the value of the total (product + shipping) for your new purchase
!!! Products with a discount over 25% OFF are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop!!
!!! Shipping free offers are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop or the price of the shipping will be reduced of the total!!
!!! Jewelry and Bikinis are not refundable for hygienic reasons!!
!!! Orders with a legging free gift offers are just refundable in a coupon for the value of your products returned, valid during 3 months on our shop!!
So, as we explained you before, shipping costs are on your own. So please, when u decide to send your parcel back, make sure that the products are in the original conditions and not used and send it via a trustable company with CERTIFICATION and TRACKING NUMBER so we can know all the time where is it and it doesn’t get lost
